Chablis appraisal in 4Q

Further field development work in the North Sea is being planned by Serica Energy subject to the successful outcome of an appraisal well on the Chablis gas field which is due to be drilled in the fourth quarter this year.Serica is planning to appraise the Chablis prospect in block 48/16b after booking a jack-up rig to drill the well in the fourth quarter.
“The field is in close proximity to existing production infrastructure and, if successful, would be produced via a sub-sea tie-back to a host platform to achieve the earliest production from the field,” Serica indicated, updating its operations so far this year.
